WORSHIP MINISTRY
Our worship team strives for excellence while remembering that our hearts' posture before God is equally important. Our music is a mixture of modern hymns and contemporary worship. We make sure to select music that is both musically beautiful and rich in truth.
There are a lot of different ways you can use your talents and gifts if you are interested in serving in our worship ministry! We're always looking for more singers, guitarists, bassists, drummers, and pianists. Don't see your instrument on the list? Let us know what you play and we can see where you might be able to fit into this ministry! We also have opportunities to serve on Sunday mornings for those with audiovisual expertise (soundboard, live stream video, and slides.) Contact Kevin Terry if interested!
GRANDPARENT'S MINISTRY
The Grandparent's Ministry started when God placed the families of our church on the hearts of several of the Gathering's grandparents. They started meeting regularly and began to live out their desire to be faithful in praying for their own grandchildren and for The Gathering children. The Gathering Grandparents now meet every other week and cover their own children and grandchildren and our church's families in prayer. They are also always watching for ways to minister to these families and impart a legacy of faith to the next generation.
